The UW-Madison Community Partnerships office opened in October 2001 with the goal to strengthen relationships with our neighbors in South Madison. Our hope is to learn from these neighbors and also to share knowledge, expertise and resources for the good of the University as well as South Madison residents. UW-Extension Dane County, Madison Area Technical College and Edgewood College are also partners in South Madison. University faculty are encouraged to use the space as a base for service-learning courses and community groups are welcome to reserve the space for meetings and community building activities.

We welcome your ideas about projects and services which involve teaching, learning, community service and, most importantly, shared dreams and goals.
