AGREEMENT FOR RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

 

 

 

 

              The undersigned is a student of Edgewood College.  As a participant in the Human Issues Program, I acknowledge and agree:

 

 

         1. That Edgewood College is not responsible for any injury or loss to me which occurs as a result of any trip, excursion or volunteer activity;

 

                     2. That I must insure myself against any such injury or loss;

 

                     3. To hold Edgewood College harmless from any claim against it which occurs during or results from any trip, excursion or volunteer activity.
